What's the free trial like — do I need a card?
No card to start. Solo and Business both get 30 days of free access to the platform. The setup fee (Business only — £999) and first payment are charged at the end of trial if you decide to continue. If you don't, you owe nothing and the account is deactivated. Professional and Custom start with a guided demo rather than a self-serve trial.
What counts as a “user”?
Anyone who can create, edit, submit forms, review reports, or generate AI documents is a full user and counts toward the licence count. Read-only client portal viewers on Professional and Custom are always free — they can view job status and download completed reports, but cannot create or generate anything.
What is “fair use” on Solo?
Solo includes approximately 40 AI-generated reports per month. There's no hard block — if you consistently exceed this over several months, we'll reach out about upgrading to Business. We won't silently disable your account.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Business and Professional default to annual billing. Monthly billing is available on both at a 15% premium. Solo is always monthly rolling. You can switch at renewal.
What's the setup fee for, exactly?
Solo has no setup fee — onboarding is fully self-serve. Business (£999) covers tenant configuration, branding setup, a 2-hour onboarding call, and first-week support. Professional (£2,500) adds full onboarding project management, operative training, custom field adjustments, and integration setup.
Can I cancel? What's the contract?
Solo is monthly rolling — cancel any time. Business and Professional are annual minimum, then roll monthly or renew annually. Custom is agreed per engagement.

Public-sector and not-for-profit organisations: get in touch. We're happy to discuss bespoke pricing on Professional and Custom.
